Meet Glen Boldt

E6 Analytics is led by Glen, a nationally recognized expert in energy, carbon, and high-performance building systems with decades of experience across public, institutional, commercial, and residential projects. His work spans environmental abatement and redevelopment, third-party verification, building certification stategies, and performance analysis for products as well as complex developments, including affordable housing, adaptive reuse, net-zero energy, and large-scale public sector projects.

Glen has played a formative role in the evolution of green building standards, advising on credential development, supporting early international program adoption, and contributing to landmark first-of-their-kind certifications. His experience includes environmental restoration of contaminated lands for residential use, adaptive reuse strategies for commerical-to-residential projects, advancing energy performance in schools and federal facilities, and supporting housing initiatives serving unhoused and vulnerable populations. His work has been recognized by leading civic and industry organizations and is grounded in a career-long focus on translating sustainability goals into achievable, data-backed outcomes.

Glen has completed the Certified Energy Analyst (CEA) credential training provided by the California Association of Building Energy Consultants (CABEC). He is a Certified Green Point Rater under Habinex, is a LEED Accredited Professional, LEED for Homes Green Rater, and Certified Green Building Professional (Build It Green). He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Bucknell University, reflecting a multidisciplinary foundation that bridges engineering rigor, building performance, and design. Additionally, Glen’s work has been recognized by various prestigious institutions such as the Los Angeles Business Council, Skid Row Housing Trust, AIA EcoHome Magazine Merit Award, Modern Atlanta 2012 Award, AIA Indianapolis Merit Award.
